Returns & Repairs Policy
At Alissa, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Factory Faults
If your item has a factory fault, we offer a free repair service within 2 months of purchase. You can either:

Visit one of our physical stores with your receipt for in-store assistance.
Refunds Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a full refund.
Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.
Note:
We do not offer a "cooling-off" period for EU customers.
